In this entry, I shall be exploring the topic of fear. What is fear? Why does it come? How do you control it? As always this entry is based on my personal musings, experiences and research on the topic. When a person is angry, sad, worrisome, or emotionally upset, it causes fear in their hearts. Fear creates destroying chemicals in our bodies, which affect our physical systems (such as the stomach, heart, blood pressure and circulation etc.). It can become a serious health situation. Just as love creates peace and happiness within you, fear in contrast creates health problems and more worries. If we let fear enter our system (through our mind) it will serve to put off the light of the soul. How does one control the fear and how can one come out of it? Whenever a fearful thought comes to your mind, think about what you are doing to yourself and to your health. Health is very important.
