There are so many people who have negative thoughts and are plagued by negative thinking. These negative thoughts create fear, anger, and agitation and there is seemingly no apparent reason for these thoughts to occur. Everyone who has this habit must try to learn how to stop it and must try to bring on a more positive way of thinking. When a fearful thought comes, the first step should be to reason it out. Is it a meaningful thought or not? If it is, without panicking take care of it in a rational way. If you know it is a useless thought, don’t try to analyze it. Stop thinking about it. Sometimes people can be angry with you, because you didn’t meet their expectations. In such a circumstance remember that we don’t have to do everything for everyone. Don’t feel guilty or angry, instead be fair and honest. Remember you know so much more than others. Be patient with them. They don’t have the knowledge that you have. In our life time, each one of us as humans, experience fear, anger, envy...
